Main feature
- Adopting new generation of SPWM technology, these series inverters provides rated torque at low speed. Its overload capacity is big and variable torque boost, VF curve can be preset.
- Automatic torque boost function provides high start torque, automatic slip compensation, parameter self-learning and other advanced function enables the machine to operate with high precision
- Perfect protection and self-analyzing system, danced technology, all-round function, convenient operation cater to the demands of energy saving and variable production processes.
- The machine for 11-200KW output adopts enclosed structure which is anti-dust and prolongs the machine's life.
- It is cooled by independent cooling air channel with low wind resistance. The cooling efficacy is high and the temperature rise is low.
- The main loop with low induction and optimized layout enable the machine to fully exert its performance.
- The front panel and keypad of the plastic-housing machine (7.5KW or less) can be detached easily, which brings great convenience to the user.
- Adopt Hitachi 32bit motor control MCU, use advanced SVPWM control technology to optimize current wave and reduce harmonic disturbance. It has low noise and high low-frequency torque.
- Keyboard can display two different operating parameters, more parameters displayed and easy to transfer.
- Four programmable output interface(two for programmable relays, two for open circuit collecting electrode output interface), multiple output for choose
- Standard operating (RUN/STOP), two wire operating (FOR or REV/STOP), three wire operating for option. Users can choose freely.
- Manual voltage output makes the expanded application field possible.
- To 75kW products, internal resistor dissipating braking unit is installed to reduce users’ cost
